Sourced in California and blended in the mountains of Park City, our flagship red wine imparts notes of plum, violet and wild berry compote. Soft and supple tannins, bright acid and a rounded fruit profile make this a house favorite. This is our take on a classic table wine, with just enough of a backbone to pair with a wide variety of cuisine.

The Townie Rosé imparts notes of fresh pomegranate, strawberry and melon on the nose. The palate is laced with notes of rose petal and red plum with a crisp and bright finish. This high acid wine is perfect for patios and porches, even as the evenings cool off into the fall. Ride your favorite “townie” to a bbq and enjoy with sweet summer corn, seafood, or just some good friends. This wine underwent both saigneé and blending methods during production.

Pinot Noir

AVA: Russian River Valley
Sourced from the prestigious Russian River Valley and blended in Park City, this pinot noir captures all the characteristics of the classic wines of this region. A medium body with a complex fruit profile are the focal point of this complex and opulent wine. Pair with grilled fish, a cheese plate or simply enjoy a glass by itself. If you like California pinot noir, the Perpetual is for you.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Vintage: 2020
AVA: Paso Robles, Ca
Sourced from the prestigious Halter Ranch vineyards, oTc blended this wine with a classic left bank Bordeaux in mind. Using new world fruit and an old world influence, we styled this wine with lower alcohol and notes of red fruit, cedar and compote. Medium tanins and black fruit round out the finish for an exceptionally balanced wine. Named after a band of colorful characters in Park City, this wine is not for the faint of heart or those that shy away from adventure. Pair with beef, lamb or game.
Chardonnay
Vintage: 2020
AVA: Horse Heaven Hills
Paying homage to the Elusive ski town cougar, this medium bodied and moderately oaked Chardonnay has notes of golden delicious apples and ripe pear on the nose.
A nice acid profile with hints of Meyer lemon and great minerality on the finish round out this well balanced Chardonnay.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Vintage: 2018
AVA: Napa Valley, CA
Elevate your après experience with our limited-release premier bottle, the S.O.M. (Shadow of the Mountain). Sourced from Napa Valley, CA, blended and bottled here in Park City, UT, in collaboration with our good friend Forester Meeks, this 2018 Napa Cab is a bold expression with dark fruit notes and smooth, chalky tannins.

OTC’s newest release, the “Mt. Superior” red blend, is named after our most-loved mountain for a reason. This team favorite is a superior blend of Syrah, Merlot & Tempranillo, best paired with friends while fireside on a brisk fall night in the mountains.

With the help of our friends at Alpine Distilling we created an incredibly unique fortified dessert wine and named after our trusty winery dog, Bear. Baco Noir acts as the base with brandy (distilled from our Mountain Town White) blended in to fortify and stabilize. Aged in a barrel for 9 months the result is a highly aromatic, slightly sweet dessert wine with notes of stewed fruit and cacao that pairs beautifully with Ritual Chocolate for an after dinner treat that you won’t forget anytime soon. This wine is timeless, bold and unique just like it’s namesake!
