Dan Campbell, a local of Park City, UT, is currently hanging in the winery. We launched his work the first Friday of July with charcuterie and good vibes. The walls of oTc are lit up in beautiful bright colors that tell the story of Campbell's trip to Bhutan last fall. When you walk in the door you are taken on a journey to the moutains where, standing admist prayer flags, you taste local wines with well learned guides! Come by and see Dan's work any time and keep an eye out for another Campbell party coming at the beginning of August.
During the Savor the Summit event in Park City, UT, OTC partnered up with Culinary Crafts out of Salt Lake City to host their own "Savor the Cellars" event. Savor the Summit is an event where the eateries on Main Street move their services outdoors and set up white table cloths down the center of Main Street. OTC, since we are manufacturers of wine and not fine dinning, decided to bring in Culinary Crafts and Chef Greg Reith to create a unique fine dining atmosphere within the winery and tasting room. There were seven courses that were perfectly matched to our seven wines. Courses such as miso steamed banana leaf purses with butter poached Hokkaido scallops, corn smoked Scottish Sea Trout, sorrel cream, and charred fruit, grilled radicchio, and Napa slaw were sure to stun the palate.
